My uncle lives in Mumbai. Last week, he had come to Delhi and took me along with him on return. As we reached the airport and got our tickets cleared, we heard the announcement asking all to board the plane.
We entered the plane and took our seats. The airhostesses welcomed us. My uncle asked me to fasten the safety belt. Soon, the aeroplane started moving. Its engines began to rotate.
The plane began to run on the runway. Suddenly, it moved upwards. Quickly, it reached high up in the sky. I looked downwards through the window. The houses seemed like small models. The men and animals looked like ants.
As the plane landed at Mumbai airport, we came out of it. I can never forget my first flight by an aeroplane.
