Government of Andhra Pradesh. To benefit women, YSR Kapu Nestam Scheme 2019 has been launched. The AP YSR Kapu Nestham Application Form PDF format is now available for download at navasakam.ap.gov.in. All eligible women who wish to receive benefits can participate in the YSR Navasakam survey to get the card. The list of beneficiaries of YSR Kapu Nestam Yojana will be released soon when the New Zealand Survey ends.

AP YSR Kapu Nestham Scheme Features and Benefits
The objective of this scheme is to provide financial assistance to Kapu women above 45 years of age and increase in standard of living. 75,000 / -watt per year Rs. 15,000 / -.
- Women belonging to Kapu community and women between 45 and 60 years of age are eligible.
- The total family income should be less than Rs. 10,000 per month in rural areas and Rs. 12,000 / – per month in urban areas.
- To plow the family’s total land, there should be less than 3 acres of wet land or 10 acres of dry land or 10 acres of both wet and dry land.
- No family member should be a government employee or pensioner.
- The family should not have 4 wheelers (taxi, auto, tractor exemption).
- No family member should pay income tax.
- Households in urban areas that have no property or more than 750 sft of built-up area.
The cabinet approved the YSR Kapu Nestam scheme with an allocation of Rs 1,101 crore and Rs 900 crore every year thereafter.
What are the eligibility criteria for the scheme?
- Kapu women candidates – Only women of Kapu community can participate in the scheme. No candidate other than Kapu community is eligible to avail the benefits of the scheme.
- Age limit – Women between the age of 45 years to 60 years are eligible to get the benefit of this scheme.
- Family Income – To avail the scheme, the family income of Kapu women in rural areas should be less than Rs 10,000 per month. This income limit should be less than Rs 12000 monthly.
- Landowners – Total landslides should be less than 3 acres in case of wetland and less than 10 acres in case of drought. In case of both lands, it should be less than 10 acres simultaneously.
- Non-government employees – No government employee or pension scheme is eligible for benefits.
- No family vehicle – Kapu women applying under the scheme should not have a vehicle. The categories of vehicles are tractor autos, 4 wheelers or taxis.
- Non-taxpayers – No family member of Kapu women should be a taxpayer. Otherwise, they will not be eligible to receive plan benefits.
- No property holders – No Kapu women families should own property. Also, their house should be built in an area of less than 750 square feet.
What documents are required at the time of plan registration?
- Identify the proof – At the time of registration for the scheme, Kapu women should produce the Aadhaar card proof. This will help the officials in conducting the background check of the female candidate.
- Income Certificate – Certain income limits have been set by the state government. The families of Kapu women should not cross the mentioned income limit. Therefore, they have to produce an income certificate. This will help in knowing whether the candidate is eligible to get the benefit of the scheme.
- Bank Details – Female candidates have to produce bank details like bank passbook, bank account, IFSC code and other relevant details. Along with this, it will help to link the bank account of the candidate.
- Caste certificate – Caste certificate should also be presented at the time of online registration. This will help prove whether the woman is eligible for the scheme.
- Education certificate- The educational qualifications of the candidate should also be checked by the authorities to ensure that they are eligible for the benefit of the scheme.
How to check the beneficiary list?
The beneficiary list is yet to be announced by the state government. As is under the planning process, the list will be updated soon. Therefore, detailed information about the beneficiary has not yet been updated.
