When we take scholarship from a college or university, then a copy of income certificate is required. The loan is given to us by the bank only after looking at our income, then it is very important for us to have an income certificate at that time also.
Offline income certificate
Documents required for making offline income certificate:
- A Photo
- Aadhar card or voter card
- Ration card
- Application Form
- Download Declaration form
- Report signed by the village head / city councilor and Patwari.
Process of applying income certificate offline: –
- Fill the application form well. (Download Application Form)
- Verify the filled Application Form with your village sarpanch or city councilor.
- After this, get it verified by Patwari of your village too.
- Go to your nearest CSC ie Common Service Center.
- The person sitting in the common service center will fill all your documents information online and will generate a CIDR ID.
- The CSC operator will scan all your documents and create a PDF file and upload them online.
- CSC operator will give you the receipt of the form.
- After seeing all your documents, if there is any deficiency in them, then the message will be sent to the CSC center operator.
- If your documents are found correct, then the Tehsildar will issue an Online Certificate for you which will have its electronic signature.
- Now you can take your certificate by going to CSC center.
- It may take about 5 to 7 days for the entire process mentioned above. If you do not get any information within 7 days, then you should find out about it by going to CSC Center.
Online income certificate
- Go to the official website (Uttar Pradesh)
- Register
- Select income certificate in the application
- Fill the complete form
- Upload document
- Pay 10 rupees + tax
After this, your income certificate will be made in 7 days. Remember one thing that the income certificate will be made by the father and not by the student. The entire process will be done in the name of the father and if any salary comes then his slip will also have to be applied.
