How to submit life certificate for pensioners?
How to Submit Jeevan Pramaan Patra for Pensioners – The government launched the Aadhaar-based digital life certificate in 2014 which uses the pensioner’s Aadhaar number and biometric data (either iris or fingerprint). If you are doing this from your home then you need a STQC certified biometric device to capture data. If not, you can go to any Civil Services Center (CSC Center) or Pension Disbursing Agencies office.
- You have to download ‘Jeevan Pramaan Application Form’ on your PC / Mobile Phone. The application is also available on the Jeevan Pramaan portal.
- Here you have to click on the option of “Get Certificate“.
- By clicking here, a page will open in front of you. In which you will get download options in different (PC / Mobile).
- You can download ‘Jeevan Pramaan Application’ from here. Then the pensioner has to provide the Aadhaar number, name, mobile number and self-declared pension related information like PPO Number, Pension Account Number, Bank details, Name of Pension Approval Authority, Pension Disbursing Authority, etc.
- Once the Aadhaar authentication is complete, download a PDF copy of the certificate by providing the life proof ID from the Jeevan Pramaan website.
- And from here you can also submit your life certificate.
- Since 2014, 26 million pensioners have presented digital life certificates using the platform.

- For pensioners below 80 years
- 1 November to 30 November
- For pensioners above 80 years
